Just showing you how I solo Crawmerax, and how you can too. Before you ask, yes the Aries is a modded weapon, a friend of mine duped it for me. My found Aries (see my inventory) isn’t, but I’m showing you with the modded one to make the vid go by faster. Level 61 Mordecai — — — — – Crawmerax is best fought in a full game of 4 players because the drop rates are 4x higher. However, if you dont have any friends online, or you’re simply playing by yourself, or you’re tired of those dicks joining, stealing all the loot and leaving, then heres a way you can fight Crawmerax by yourself. All you’ll need is: * A level 61 Character * A High Level Shock, Corrosion, and Incindiary Weapon (I use Aries, Defiler and Volcano) * Transfusion Grenades and/or life heal/steal abilities (Aries lifesteals) * 2000 Capacity sheild or better Theres a particular spot that protects you both from Crawmerax, and his worms, and all their ranged attacks. Most people would hide in the spot by the rock wall and glitch Craw out, but this doesnt always protect you from his worms, or craw’s ranged attack (If he uses it). From this particular spot you can crouch underneath the overhanging rock and be completely protected from ranged projectiles. Also since you’re a few elevations down you’re completely protected from any melee attacks. The only thing you have to worry about is any worms that get close enough to ranged attack, or timing craws acid bomb attacks. When you first start, take out the initial …

i did this without moddes on the ps3 AND i waz only lvl 60
the ‘one’ modded gun was just for the video, my legit aries is in my invntory.
And yeah I first did craw at lvl 55, but this was with a group of people.
Doing it by yourself on the ps3 is pretty good, is friggen hard to aim perfectly on controllers.
I was never getting hit at all so the health makes no difference.
its too easy cause you were hiding where he couldn’t hit you easily
its simply one of the strategies you can use to defeat him.
I know its not fair, its pretty obvious, you should be up there on the plateau with no cover.
But if you’re not up to the task of fairly fighting him, you can do it like the video.

I have one of the pistols just like that almost same damage on xbox and it’s not modded Since all of the modded weapons have been patched..
I am pretty sure that pistol is modded. That Anarchy title doesn’t exist naturally on that gun, and that is how he is getting the x3 on the damage.
That is a modded gun. The Anarchy title is what is giving it the x3 on the damage.
